Sarah Padwick: miniaturist

Sarah Padwick took up watercolor painting in 1989 and has studied in England, Scotland and France, completing a painting course of the Open College of Arts in 1993.

Primarily a landscape artist, Sarah undertakes commissions for 'portraits' of houses in their garden settings. She works on site from photographs of landscapes or house subjects.

Sarah is also delighted to undertake miniature portrait commissions in watercolor on ivorine.

She has exhibited in the south and west of England, London and Edinburgh.
